As we move into September, we're excited to take the next steps in our pollinator project. Your early interest has been fantastic, and now we’re ready to start gathering your generous plant donations. Here’s how you can help us make our garden a thriving haven for pollinators this fall.
RSVP via the link to the Google Doc or email Mae Whitney.
Instructions
Dig up on planting day: To keep transplants healthy, please dig them up the same day you donate if possible.
Bare-root only: We’re only accepting plants with bare roots to prevent the spread of jumping worms.
Rinse the roots: Be sure to rinse the roots thoroughly before donating. Learn more here.
Drop off your donation: at the Mounds Park Community Garden.
Need help? If you require assistance splitting or bringing in your donations, just let us know! Comment below or message me directly, and we’ll arrange for volunteers to assist you.
